Have you ever heard of Dracula ? Does the word Transylvania say something to you?

In many people’s minds Romania usually means nothing more than these two words (and sadly, some other more negative ones). But behind the words, there is a colourful microcosm waiting to be discovered: mystic legends and wonderful people, folk costumes and music, art and politics.

Enjoy an enchanting Romanian evening at Centerpoint. It will include a presentation (in English) by Ms. Simona Ghizdavu Pellascio about the country and its culture, customs, phantasy stories, as well as delicious Romanian food and lively entertainment. Proceeds from the event will be donated to a Romanian hospital; details will be given during the evening.

This event will take place in Friday, the 23^th April 2003, from 19:00 in Centerpoint Basel (ground floor). The price of one ticket will be 18 CHF for Centerpoint members, and 22 SFr for non-members.
